Reasonable Results from the Installation of an Ampco Lubricator

The AMPCO unit is not a cure-all.  The unit is not designed to replace eroded or worn parts thoughout
an engine.  The lubricator is not intended as a gas-saving gadget.  The AMPCO unit  is capable of
accomplishing the following beneficial results
:

  1. The AMPCO unit  provides a permanent source of adequate lubrication for the upper cylinder
    heat-wear zone of an engine.
  2. The unit provides for the proper introduction of a lubricant as an oil mist which results in a
    quieter, cooler-operating engine.
  3. The lubricator reduces engine blow-by to relieve crankcase contamination and excessive oil
    consumption.
  4. The AMPCO unit provides for a cleaner, more efficient combustion chamber.
  5. The lubricator reduces the formation of hard carbon, gum and varnish within an engine.
  6. The lubricator reduces cylinder wall wear and piston ring wear.
  7. The lubricator provides lubrication of intake and exhaust valves.
  8. The AMPCO unit results in an increase in compression pressures within an engine for maximum
    operating efficiency.
  9. The AMPCO unit ensures a cleaner intake manifold, which reduced gum formation and decreased
    frictional resistance, for improved volumetric efficiency of an engine.
  10. The lubricator results in a reduction in oil and fuel consumption since a cleaner, cooler engine
    with maximum compression and improved ring and valve action consumes less oil and fuel.  
  11. The lubricator effects an immediate and lasting improvement in engine road performance with
    better acceleration and smoother operation.
  12. The AMPCO unit is as effective in operation as the materials which is used as the lubricant within
    the device.  The unit requires primary adjustment as outlined in the installation instructions to
    ensure maximum efficiency.  The AMPCO lubricator is not designed to inject an excessive
    quantity of oil into an engine but to meter and mist a minimum quantity for effective upper
    cylinder lubrication with maximum combustion efficiency.
